About Me

With no prior dance experience, I joined the Binghamton Ballroom/Latin Dance Team at Binghamton University in 2016. After four years of collegiate dancing, I reached the Gold level in  Rhythm (chacha, rumba, swing, mambo). I aim to start competing again with my new partner in Fall 2022.

Mambo being my favorite dance, I looked into variations of it that I could do at a social events - that's when I found New York Salsa (or Salsa on 2)! For the past two years I've taken classes in NYC and CT to better my skills as a student and teacher.

Salsa is such a great way to meet new people.  I hope that offering fun and personalized lessons will get more people on the dance floor!
